Meet the Founder
Eyal Hen’s culinary journey began in Tel Aviv, where he grew up working in his family’s restaurant. From busboy to bartender, he learned every aspect of the business before making his way to New York City. There, he opened Nish Nush, a Mediterranean spot that brings a taste of his roots to NYC.
Next, Eyal founded 19 Cleveland, creating a menu with bold, global flavors. Focusing on fresh ingredients and creative dishes, his goal is to bring people together over great food while capturing the dynamic energy of modern
Tel Aviv.
