Meet the Founder

Eyal Hen’s culinary journey began in his family’s restaurant, where he grew up learning the business from the ground up. From busboy to bartender, he gained hands-on experience in every part of hospitality before making his way to New York City. There, he opened Nish Nush, a Mediterranean spot that brought fresh flavors and warm service to NYC.

Next, Eyal founded 19 Cleveland, creating a menu with bold, global flavors. Focusing on fresh ingredients and creative dishes, his goal is to bring people together over great food while capturing the dynamic energy of modern Mediterranean dining.
